The relationship manager would monitor Crypto Exchanges globally and other international market performances on ICOs and focus on building a channel of High Networth Individuals and Brokers who would invest & trade into ICOs e.g. Bitcoin
They would provide key clients daily information related to trading and market movements and Educate clients to move on to self-trade online.
The product manager would help lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative products, and help establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution. The product manager would also be responsible for driving product development, integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
The Social and Digital Media marketer will play an active role in the development of the online community. They will maintain the company’s presence on various social media platforms and help create and publish content that is relevant to our customer base. He/she will regularly analyze and report on the activity on social media networks as well as the company’s website. They will focus on reaching communities, and promote events or programs through the internet.
The Customer Service representative will be responsible for communicating with customers and solving their queries. Excellent Communication and convincing skills are required, with more than 6 Months Experience in Outbound Tele Sales/Tele-calling. They can be an Undergraduate or Graduate, and day as well as night shifts are available.
A research analyst is a person who prepares investigative reports for in-house or client use. They would be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing team with in-depth research about assigned topics within the fintech space. The research analyst should have at least 2 years experience and good communication skills.
